ATHENS 24/06/2022: A meeting took place at the HUB Lighting & Innovation by Kafkas, with the presence of top executives of FEGIME Poland and KAFKAS S.A. The conference was attended by the CEO of Fegime Poland Marta Kulza, as well as executives from companies in the sector such as Grodno, Kopel and Nowa Elektro.
Mr Nikolaos Kafkas, President and Managing Director of KAFKAS, presented the best practices of the leading greek chain of electrical hardware and technology, in relation to the segmentation of products and services and the provision of specialized A to Z service. He analyzed the structure of the company and how it is focused on customer service so that it can provide support to every need of a project regardless of size and requirements, adding value at every phase of the process.
The personnel department took the baton with Mrs Katerina Voutsa (HR Director) and Mr Vaggelis Tsiaras (Training & Development Manager), sharing initiatives and innovative practices they apply at the Kafkas Institute, which is responsible for both training and the high technical training of Kafkas staff as well as for the training of its customers regarding new technologies and market developments.
