The HUB Lighting & Innovation by Kafkas was called upon to face the demanding challenges of a large scale project according to the requirements set by the Delta Theta Lighting Design Consultants. A large proportion of the lighting installation of the common areas was based on the custom made solutions adhering to the lighting design of the principal designer. Specific forms emerged through the right choice of textures and colors.

The ability of the materials to withstand the harshness of an environment exhibiting high levels of brine was one of the challenges we had to face as the proximity to such environments requires the use of high-end materials. All lighting fixtures are LED technology reducing the overall carbon footprint of the establishment and ensuring its continued function during the nighttime while also rendering it safe for the circulation of the occupants. The specifications set by Delta Theta Lighting Design Consultants were followed with consistency through the realization of their conceptual approach. Textures, colors and materials used for the lighting installations were subject to the larger architectural composition.
