modern notes in an elegant line
Publicis One Greece, a member of the French multinational Publicis Groupe created its new office facilities, with a total surface of 1,800 sq.m., in Chalandri, Attica. Within 2.5 months, the modern workplace was created, which encloses more spatial units than the so far commonly perceived office space.
The design was carried out in collaboration with the company Giraffe Constructions with the aim of integrating lighting into an environment inspired by France of 1920, combining modern notes with modern and elegant elements.
Environment of another age with modern particulars
The integration of the lighting study in the design and composition process required an emphasis on detail, in order to give the intentional fluid identity of the space. The proposals submitted covered both the architectural and aesthetic requirements as well as the functional needs of the space. The choices of the luminaires were made in order to achieve the desired glamor, sense of innovation and influence from the French line.
The intention of the study group was to create a pleasant working environment, a framework of simple and relaxed activity, which stimulates the productivity of human resources, in the light of France in 1920s.
Giraffe Construction undertook the entire design of the office space of Publicis One Greece and it won through it the 5 star award for “Best office interior 2018-2019”. The active and harmonious cooperation of the HUB team with the research office, contributed to the success of the project through the study and design of the lighting but also through the supply of the relevant materials, while contributing to the reduction of the energy footprint of the building.
The particularity of the aesthetics of the office space ensured the visual comfort as the luminaires were integrated into the ceiling structure. The lighting fixtures layout was determined, by taking into account the materials, colors and dimensions of the individual spaces while the decorative lamps were chosen so as to fit in with the style of interior aesthetics.
